We are finishing our Mark study coming to the cross of Christ. We see that the Roman guard, who played a role in crucifying Jesus recognized Him as being the Son of God.

Mark 12:28-34 gives us understanding where to find our hope and life in this world filled with chaos.

Feeding the 4000 is a bigger story than Jesus miraculously turning 7 loaves of bread and 2 small fish into feeding a huge group of people.

Jesus speaks to the Pharisees and then to the disciples to not focus on the ritual exercises that work on the outer appearance, but to understand that all evils come from the inside. Our hope is Jesus and that in Him and His grace we are able to be cleansed from within. Our responsibility is to repent and believe.
