As we dive into reclaiming spiritual disciplines, we need to reclaim this bedrock of human flourishing lost in the garden. So as we listen to and obey God's words, as we engage in spiritual disciplines, we must remember that it is all out of love and for our good -- and will lead to the best version of us and our lives now.
