About Charles
Charles began his role as lead pastor on June 1, 2024. Charles received his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University where he met his wife, Katie. He pastored a church in rural Nebraska for six years while getting his Masters of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Charles loves seeing the transformation that happens as people meet God in the Scriptures and is currently working on his PhD in Old Testament at MBTS. Charles and Katie have two young children, CJ and Maggie. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, smoking meat, and cheering on the K-State Wildcats.
About Katie
Katie also attended K-State and met Charles during her time there. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she interned with Christian Challenge where the Lord grew her heart for discipleship and the local church. During their time in southeast Nebraska, Katie enjoyed coordinating women's ministry events and meeting with students. She loves spending her days with their two young kiddos and grabbing coffee with friends as often as she can.
