About Kenny

Kenny has been attending New Hope since 2019. He and his wife, Megan, helped lead the Fusion junior high small groups for one year and he grew in vision and love for youth ministry before taking on the director position in 2021. Kenny also attended Fusion as a high school student and grew as a Christ-follower during that time.

Kenny finished his Bachelor’s degree at Kansas State University in 2022. He is currently attending Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to pursue a MDiv in Preaching & Pastoral Ministry and a MTS in Biblical Counseling.

Kenny wants to partner with parents to see the young men and women of New Hope grow and mature in their faith, and to equip students to take up their cross and walk with Christ in every aspect of their lives.

Kenny’s vision

"My love for Fusion grew exponentially in the year I volunteered and was around the students on a more personal basis. I hope I can facilitate a culture of discipleship that trickles down from the FuLe team (Fusion Leaders) and into the older students which will ultimately reach the younger students. I also hope that Fusion can be known in the community as a regular place to let off some steam, build lasting relationships, and build unwavering faith."
